Designed by architectural firm Hames Sharley and built by Pindan Constructions, Alcoa’s Peel regional headquarters set a new benchmark in leading-edge office design for the Pinjarra area when it was opened in 2008. In line with Alcoa’s global commitment to sustainability, the building maintains a 4.5-star national energy rating.
